In this train‒the‒trainer workshop, you will receive a training concept that is specifically designed for managers. You can support executives in developing an agile mindset with the goal of enabling them to think, work and lead in an agile manner and to support and accompany their own employees on the path to more agility in the company.
Managers are crucial to the success of transformation processes.
They must be won over to the idea and empowered to implement it. 75% of all transformation processes that fail, fail because executives cannot or will not implement. In terms of conserving resources in companies and to enable the success of the transformation process, it is therefore crucial to empower executives to lead agilely. In addition, managers have a significant influence on the climate in their own departments through their management culture and are therefore also in a position to support employees in thinking and acting in an agile manner.

It is often difficult to adopt this attitude, to engage with others, and to put the needs of others before one's own. People are strongly attached to their own thought patterns. Thus, 80% of what people perceive is based on previous experiences and is not objective. In order to gain the ability to better understand the thought and action patterns of others, the persolog® Personality Factor Model provides a crucial framework. With this model, managers are enabled to recognize their own thought and behavior patterns as well as those of other people.
