She is a sales and marketing expert with a passion for strength-based leadership. She inspires the participants of her seminars with liveliness, innovative ideas and her alert mind. Passion for what she does is a basic requirement for her to be successful. She is convinced that real development is only possible when you dare to do something new. Today she is CEO of persolog.

Born in 1967 and holding a degree in Physics, he has over 30 years of experience in the Information Technology sector. He is currently co-founder and CEO of Advanced Digital Technologies, an industrial holding company operating through group companies in several European countries. The group specializes in the design and management of IT infrastructures, the development of application and data analysis solutions, as well as technical and management training and consulting.

Viktoria Kulcsar (PhD) is a psychologist and persolog DISC Mastertrainer in Hungary. Her qualifications are based on a strong academic background and practical training experience with national and international teams. Her training focus is based on personality development, time management, and train-the-trainer certifications.
Trude Emaus
Managing Director | persolog Norway
Trude is a certified mastertrainer in the persolog® Personality Factor Profile and certified in the persolog® Resilience tool. In her role as a coach and process facilitator for entrepreneurs and leaders, she has extensive experience in various industries. She enjoys processes where ideas turn into action and is committed to the belief that we are all unique and must find our own path based on our own visions and goals.
Dr. Marianne Breu
Human Resources and team development specialist, trainer, coach
Marianne Breu is a PhD social scientist, certified persolog® D.I.S.G. and ZRM® trainer. She works in her own company and as a partner of persolog Switzerland. She specializes in resilience, stress competence, self-management, and motivation. Her services are aimed at corporate clients and educational institutions. She is also actively involved as the president of the school board of a high school.
